Meet Our Founder/CEO Aaron Rice

The Number One Determinant of Human Health Is Our Home

Aaron Rice is Maryland’s first and only RESET Accredited Professional, a Corporate Real Estate Advisor with Keller Williams Gateway, Founder and CEO of Concairge.com. "We continuously monitor radon gas, asthma triggers and Canadian wildfire smoke within the built environment. We provide the only real-time, performance-based building standard driven by smart sensor data."

Our Mission: To unlock urgent resources needed to measure and mitigate indoor environmental health risks including radon, asthma triggers, and wildfire smoke to improve the health and well-being of all Baltimore residents.

Vision 2035: We envision a world where every individual, regardless of their zip code, lives a full life free from the threat of radon and asthma, with equal access to health and well-being.

Our Core Values:

  • Speed To Clarity
  • Transparency
  • Reliable Follow-Up
  • Value Exchange

Our First Alert Warning System notifies occupants of real-time indoor air pollutants, allowing individuals to take action before symptoms worsen and manage episodes at home thereby reducing the use of hospital and emergency department services that can cost up to $10,000 per episode or premature death due to radon induced lung cancer. Reliable, meaningful and benchmarked data is essential to understanding today’s environmental performance challenges and to be able to effectively alter elements of buildings and built spaces to support the health and well-being of those who live, learn, work, play and pray within them.

Our First Homes

Our first homes were basic structures made from natural materials found in their environment. These early dwellings were primarily built for shelter, protection from the elements and predators, they were not designed or built for human health and wellness.

Our modern day homes are still not designed or built for human health and wellness. Our homes never perform as designed. They are notoriously inefficient and expensive to operate and they make us sick.

Sick Building Syndrome

According to the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) the term "Sick Building Syndrome" (SBS) is used to describe situations in which building occupants experience acute health and comfort effects e.g., headache, eye, nose, or throat irritation, dry cough, dry or itchy skin, dizziness and nausea, fatigue and sensitivity to odors and inability to concentrate. Most of the complainants report relief soon after leaving the building.

Indoor Air Quality Is Up To 100 Times Worse Than Outdoor Air Quality

Outdoor air quality has been heavily regulated by the EPA since 1970. Up to 70% of our exposure to outdoor air pollutants actually occurs indoors. We spend 90% of our lifetime indoors. Of that, 70% of our day is spent inside our homes (14-16 hours) and the majority of that time is spent in our bedrooms. Humans spend more time indoors than most whale species spend underwater. Indoor air quality is up to 100 times worse than outdoor air quality. There is no federal indoor air quality policy, standard, regulation, law or mandate to eliminate the harmful effects of Radon Gas and Asthma Triggers from our homes.

Measuring The Health and Sustainability of High-Performance Homes

As Maryland's first and only RESET Air Accredited Professional, our team curates systems to collect continuous, real-time health and environmental deep spatial data using smart sensors integrated with Immersive 3D Digital Twin Technology which helps our homeowners, corporate, nonprofit and education clients better understand how their building is performing.
